As a parent, when your child starts to read, all of a sudden they almost are no longer little. And she is my youngest….of only 2 children, but still the youngest. I was listening to her read one of her Pinkalicious books during her quiet time and snuck downstairs super quietly to get my camera…tip toed back upstairs with my 70-200 lens and got a shot of her…and then a video so I could hear her words. My youngest is no longer little. But to hear her sweet voice read a book is really awesome too. There will certainly be lots of other cute readers over on www.iheartfaces.com this week.
Very sweet!
So cute!
Love the peeking through the door perspective!
LOVE her bed!!!
Awww, this is an adorable shot! And love how the bed is like a cozy little reading nook!
She is a doll! What a sweet picture : ) I love it. Perfect slice of life.
I can feel you sneaking to capture this. Love it!
This is so sweet!
Gorgeous capture!
Gorgeous light! I love how the edge of the wall is showing in the photo so you can tell you were “peeking” in on her to get the shot.
so sweet! as the mama of boys, i love seeing the pink. 🙂
How fun, the way you are peeking around the corner into her room!
My oldest is just at that stage of learning to read. Sniff! It goes too fast. I love that you captured that moment and love the perspective.
Love this! (And secretly wish I had a room Just.Like.This!)
