I can’t believe it’s been a year already. Any parent who has ever looked at their little tiny baby turns around for just a moment and that little baby is now walking around and talking. It’s that fast. The days can seem so long and they years just fly by. When I first met Sydney at 3 months, she was barely 7 lbs. My kids were almost 9 lbs right out of the gate! She was so tiny, and so cute…big dark gray eyes, and she sucked on the same two fingers my daughter did. 🙂 She has been a pleasure and a dream to photograph. Although I have noticed that since she is a little older she is beginning to get the fact that I want her to perform little tasks. She still gives me that gorgeous smile, but I think she is learning that she can do what she wants, when she wants to. I love it when they start to develop a personality. Happy Birthday Sydney, I have so much enjoyed our time together this past year.
We of course had to finish off the day….with some cake.
